WELCOME TO FD8 BUILD & BURN
To all my fellow women who let yourself GO, go go! This welcome recording I made without looking at the time, when I hit stop it was BLACK JACK SIGN from the UNIVERSE I couldn’t stop smiling at: 21:21! Welcome to the new challenge, let me share my thoughts about the workout plans and why the basic and beyond options are great for action paralysis management and awareness of workout overload, fatigue, exhaustion, discouragement and why I want you to see fitness life from my angle! You see, I would HATE to live fitness life the way the “ideal way” is in the collective mind of our culture. All my FD8 challenges come with new themes and lessons, tomorrow is the start date for build & burn. The first week is ALL ABOUT STUDYING the guide and the new fd8 book, and then all your questions for me your coach will be sent my way on WEDNESDAY when I’ll be in group to cover ALL YOUR QUESTIONS! My team is informed and will collect the new questions for this Wednesday event that you can attend during live or after live is recorded and stays up in the group.
