TOUGH PILL OF SELF KNOWLEDGE

All women I know in my life need a consistent routine of DO NOT REVERT BACK TO DEFAULT reminder because life does go by fast. All women I know need a fitness community to grow in and evolve in, but if I say to you what you need and why, you get mad since it’s too tough pill to chew that I know this about you. Pride precedes FAIL… how long you wanna be protect your own self cheating “partner”?
