Holiday season friend support from your coach and trainer ! I know I know how tough it is to be yourself, family and friends, meeting them and try to keep “the charade”, how the seasonal candy plays on your mind to indulge, why you feel conflicted, how happiness “works” , the medieval time in my fitness life before I learned it was harder than ever every time I went on a diet after each bout of gluttony for days in a row, the fear of the cold, not pumping up backstage, my water drop and ocean dream I felt was such a wonderful mind drop, and just LOVE AND SUPPORT to you all!
