THE REFEED DAY, LIFE EPIPHANIES & MY LOVE FOR THE REAL AUTHENTIC SELF
It’s REFEED day tomorrow for my vip clients in training! In this episode I share about how to start your REFEED practice, how to prepare, the fears you feel pre and post, how to select your meals, things that tend to go wrong, how to convert DEFEED to REFEED day and examples of strategies. Later in, why the cheat day got you by the balls, the conditional commitment to healthy eating, the sabotage routine most people are hooked on forever, the foods you choose and how your preferences change with self knowledge. And then, about my self and my life philosophy about the obsession about youth and staying young which is the opposite to what life is like, how will that make you feel when you’re 60, 70, 80, 90? Lastly, the way I love to see myself without desire to blast an ai image as profile photo and have my body edited to be “ the ideal” for marketing to the shallow diet and fitness crowd. I’m too deep and too happy living out of my heart I want you to know the way I find it hilarious at times what kinds of beliefs we hold on to, often completely unknowingly! The secret of fitness life is to enjoy it, that’s why your ultimate goal to achieve can only be DAILY HAPPINESS. To me that’s what I bring to myself every day, now how about you do it too!
